OARIP’s Guarantee
We have developed a Guarantee Offering. If you buy 3 weeks of our time ($65 X 120 hours = $7,800.00) we will guarantee to find and qualify the right candidate for you to hire in 3 weeks or we will continue to source at no extra charge until you make a hire.
We will make this guarantee under the following requirements: 1) The guarantee applies when you engage OARIP on 1 or 2 positions with the same job description. 2) Your internal hiring team follows the 10 step guideline for success (see below.)
1. The hiring manager is committed to hire as quickly as possible. Hiring is a job task with a priority status and time is dedicated to the process.
2. The position has been fully approved and funded. The entire internal hiring team is on-board, available for interviewing and prepared to begin the process.
3. The assigned salary range aligns with the local market and job requirements. You will get what you pay for – know the market. If you need assistance with this, OARIP can conduct the research in a matter of hours.
4. The position has a detailed job description. All components for the position are vented and documented. Beyond a generic job description, there are significant nuances to your environment that will make the difference in finding the best fit.
5. Be realistic and flexible about finding all the skills and qualities you are seeking. Often recruiters call the job description, “the wish list.” We want you to get what you need in a candidate but please be realistic and flexible. Prioritize “the wish list.”
6. Give immediate feedback on first batch of candidates so adjustments can be made if necessary. The better the feedback, the faster the process and better the candidates.
7. Someone on your internal hiring team calls the promising candidates within 2 days of receiving OARIP’s submittal. No matter what the economy, the best candidates always have choices. Call the selected candidates quickly, let them know your company takes action and follows through. Their “paper” is only a business card; you do not really know much about the candidate until you conduct a phone screen.
8. Conduct in-person interviews in a timely fashion. Schedule the in-person interviews shortly after the phone screens. Make sure the entire team is on the same page with requirement needed and their line of questioning in appropriate to those requirements.
9. Be prepared to make an offer. Collect the feedback from the hiring team and make the decision on selected candidate. Have a back-up candidate.
10. Negotiate to close and hire.
