 K. Nicole Spicer A stellar recruiter and process junkie, Nicole brings 30+ years of focused methodology experience to OARIP’s leadership team. 20+ years in recruitment, from Retained Search, Staffing Agencies and Internal Corporate Recruitment.
Through her career she has conducted full-life-cycle recruitment for Fortune 500 to start-up companies including Warner Bros., 20th Century Fox, Disney, j2 Global, Provident, Countrywide Financial, Life Time Networks, Activision, McMorrowSavarese and more.
Creating methodology that works has been a life long passion for Nicole. She continues to adjust and refine the methods used by OARIP on a daily basis.
Nicole teaches her unique techniques via individual career coaching, public speaking, seminars, workshops and webinars.
Nicole is currently writing a book, due on the market by early 2010 called, "Burn Your Resume, A 7 Step Guide to a 21st Century Job Search."

 Jim Kalember An educator and researcher, Jim brings 30 + years of his passion and experience to OARIP’s leadership team.
Through his career, he has conducted full-life-cycle recruitment for Fortune 500 to start-up companies including Countrywide Financial, BearingPoint, City National Bank, Warner Bros., Computer Science Corporation, Volt Services, Adecco and BAE Systems.
Sourcing is an obsession for Jim. He challenges himself daily to find new innovative ways to conduct sourcing through various tools and methods.

 Oscar Leiva - Lead Sourcer Oscar leads and mentors the OARIP sourcing team with over 10 years of professional experience. A recruiter with a passion for the sourcing side of full-life-cycle recruitment, he brings in-depth knowledge and experience to the team.
An avid computer Game player he has honed his dexterity and computer skills to an art form. He moves fast, multitasks and brings in the best talent with speed and finesse. He knows all the tricks of the trade and software tools when it comes to www talent sourcing.
Oscar takes extreme pride in his work and never fails. He is a born leader and mentor. Combined with all of his technical skills, patience and perseverance, his team is always successful in every search project assigned to them.
 Judd Plumley - Sourcer A computer rouge and research guru, Judd brings www-savvy detective skills to the OARIP team. Since high school he has been building and servicing computers professionally… and for all of his friends and family.
A skilled computer Game player he knows how to chase down the good guys. Judd is OARIP’s sleuth master winding his way through the web 24/7 looking for the right talent, reaching out and developing them into active candidates for OARIP’s clients.
Under the tutelages of OARIP’s senior members, Judd has quickly become the top resume generator in the sourcing group. | |
