Candidate Marketing and Development Process

OARIP Sourcing Team connects daily to newly sourced candidates to drive them to the client’s career website and generally markets the client as employer of choice.
 
Candidate Screening and Qualifying Process

OARIP Sourcing Team follows up with potential candidates screening, testing and further qualifying.  We gather and document all current and relative candidate information.  
 
Candidate Delivery Process

OARIP Sourcing Team delivers candidate resumes and qualifying notes daily to recruiters via email and/or uploaded into the client’s ATS. Candidates are also dispositioned by the OARIP Sourcing Team whenever available and appropriate to do so.
